Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Nrtly, including the website at nrtly.com and the web application at app.nrtly.com (together, the "Service"). Nrtly is an internal tool. It is not sold, licensed or offered to the public, and there is no public sign up.

1. Who operates Nrtly

Nrtly is developed and operated by NRT SERVIÇOS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA, a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 39.828.030/0001-26, with its registered office at Avenida Ayrton Senna da Silva, 200, Sala 310, Gleba Fazenda Palhano, Londrina, PR, 86050-460, Brazil (telephone +55 11 4166-3452). The Service is built and maintained by our own development team in Brazil.

In these Terms, "NRT", "we", "us" and "our" refer to NRT SERVIÇOS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA. "You" and "user" refer to any person who signs in to or uses the Service.

2. What Nrtly does

Nrtly is NRT's in-house tool to manage the TikTok Ads accounts of its own e-commerce brands, including Livgom, Pirvano and Bolmar. Through the official TikTok API for Business, the Service provides the following functions:

  • Ad Account Management: list and select the TikTok advertiser accounts that NRT has authorized through TikTok's official OAuth flow;
  • Ads Management: create, edit and pause campaigns, ad groups and ads, and adjust budgets. Anything created through Nrtly starts in a paused state for human review before it can deliver;
  • Creative Management: upload videos and images for use in ads;
  • Audience Management: build custom audiences and lookalike audiences from NRT's own first-party customer data;
  • Reporting: daily dashboards of spend, cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Nrtly is used only for NRT's own brands. It is not offered to agencies, outside advertisers or paying clients, and NRT does not charge any fee for its use.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By signing in to or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Eligibility and authorized users

The Service may be used only by employees of NRT and by other people that NRT has expressly authorized to work on its brands' advertising, such as contracted team members. User accounts are created by NRT. Anyone who is not authorized by NRT must not attempt to access the application.

Authorized users must be at least 18 years old and must use the Service only for NRT's business purposes, within the role and permissions assigned to them.

5. User accounts and security

  • Keep your sign in credentials confidential and do not share your account with anyone.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
  • Access only the advertiser accounts and data that your role requires.
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access or security issue immediately to support@nrtly.com.

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and TikTok access tokens are stored encrypted. More detail is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. TikTok accounts and TikTok policies

Nrtly connects to TikTok only through the official TikTok API for Business. TikTok advertiser accounts are connected through TikTok's OAuth authorization, where the permissions requested are reviewed and approved on TikTok's own pages.

  • Own accounts only. Only advertiser accounts that belong to NRT and its brands may be connected to the Service.
  • Human review. Campaigns, ad groups and ads created through Nrtly are created paused. Nothing starts delivering or spending until an authorized user reviews it and activates it.
  • Compliance with TikTok terms. All use of the Service must comply with the TikTok Advertising Policies, the TikTok for Business terms, the TikTok Commercial Terms of Service, the TikTok API for Business terms and any other TikTok terms that apply. Nrtly does not change or override TikTok's rules, ad reviews or decisions.
  • Limited use of data. Data obtained from the TikTok API is used only to operate and report on NRT's own advertising inside the Service. It is not sold, shared with third parties for their advertising, or used for any other purpose.
  • Revocation. NRT can disconnect a TikTok connection at any time inside the Service or revoke access in its TikTok For Business settings. When a connection is removed, its stored access tokens are deleted.
  • TikTok availability. Features depend on the TikTok API for Business. TikTok may change, limit or discontinue its API, permissions or rate limits at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and in line with TikTok's policies. In particular, you must not use Nrtly to:

  • evade, bypass or manipulate TikTok's ad review, policy enforcement or account restrictions;
  • engage in cloaking, meaning showing different content or destinations to reviewers than to users;
  • connect or manage accounts that do not belong to NRT and its brands, or use fake or impersonated identities;
  • run deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or illegal ads;
  • upload creatives or customer data that NRT does not have the right to use, or process personal data in violation of applicable law;
  • access data or parts of the Service beyond your authorization, or attempt to probe or test the security of the Service without NRT's written approval;
  • overload the Service or the TikTok API, including by exceeding rate limits or running unauthorized scripts;
  • give access to the Service, or to data obtained through it, to anyone outside NRT.

NRT may investigate suspected violations and may suspend access, disconnect integrations or report conduct to TikTok or to authorities where appropriate.

8. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service processes, how it is used and protected, how long it is kept and how to exercise data rights. NRT processes personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018). Questions about personal data can be sent to privacy@nrtly.com.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and the Nrtly name and logo, is owned by NRT and protected by intellectual property laws. Authorized users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service only to perform their work for NRT. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law expressly allows it.

The ads, creatives, brand assets and advertising data managed in the Service belong to NRT and its brands.

10. No affiliation with TikTok

Nrtly is an independent internal tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance or any of their affiliates. TikTok and the TikTok logo are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd. and are mentioned here only to describe the platform the Service integrates with.

11. Availability and no warranty

NRT works to keep the Service available and secure, but does not promise uninterrupted or error free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, incidents, or outages of our infrastructure providers or of the TikTok API. NRT may add, change or remove features at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Reports and metrics come from TikTok and may be delayed, incomplete or revised, so important figures should be checked in TikTok Ads Manager before relying on them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NRT is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, nor for decisions or actions of TikTok, such as ad rejections, account restrictions or changes to the TikTok API. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Brazilian law, including the rights of data subjects under the LGPD.

13. Ending access

  • NRT may suspend or end any user's access at any time, including when the person's role or relationship with NRT ends, when these Terms or TikTok's policies are violated, or when required by law or by TikTok.
  • When access ends, the user's account is deactivated and the person must not attempt to access the Service again.
  • NRT may also discontinue the Service or disconnect any TikTok integration at any time. When an integration is disconnected, its access tokens are deleted.
  • Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends, including those on acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, remain in effect.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to these Terms or to the Service will be submitted to the courts of the District of Londrina, State of Paraná, Brazil. People located in other countries may also have rights under the laws applicable where they live, and nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

NRT may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, inform users inside the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means acceptance of the updated Terms.
